What is the policy for late/non-delivery?
Late Delivery/Non-Delivery: Our local florists and logistics team work diligently to make sure that your arrangement arrives on time, within our normal delivery hours of 9AM to 5PM. During our busy holiday periods like Christmas, Valentine's and Mother's Day, we may extend our delivery hours to ensure that all arrangements are delivered on time. If for any reason your gift does not arrive on time, please email and we will do everything we can to help successfully resolve your issue.
What is the policy for damaged items/refunds/redeliveries and exchanges?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason at all, we'll do whatever it takes to make it right. This includes offering a refund, redelivery or comparable exchange on your order. It’s all part of our promise to provide you with an excellent customer experience every single time.
What are the current delivery methods?
We are a locally owned business that offers only local delivery within the following areas: Inland Empire, San Bernardino County, and Greater Los Angeles County. All of our arrangements are hand-delivered.
To maintain the quality and freshness of our arrangements, we do not offer shipping outside of these areas.
